PerchSwap Beta

Connect a wallet

Robinhood Chain is a custom network. Perch adds it to your wallet the first time you connect.

Legal

Terms, disclaimers and risks.

Perch is open source software: a website that helps you build transactions for public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It is not a company product, a broker, or a custodian. By using this interface you accept everything below. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1 · What Perch is, and is not

Perch is a front end. It reads onchain prices, builds a swap transaction, and asks your wallet to sign it. Your wallet talks to the network; Perch never holds your keys, your tokens, or your order. There is no account, no deposit, and no order book.

Perch is not a broker dealer, exchange, money services business, investment adviser, or custodian, and does not provide brokerage, clearing, or settlement services. The smart contracts it points at are deployed and operated by their respective authors, not by Perch.

2 · No affiliation with Robinhood

Perch is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., robinhood.com, or any of their subsidiaries. "Robinhood Chain" is the name of the network Perch runs on; using that name is nominative only and implies no partnership.

3 · Not financial, legal or tax advice

Nothing on this site is advice. Prices, routes, and figures shown are estimates generated from onchain data and can be wrong or stale. You are responsible for your own research and for any tax consequences of your trades.

Tokens labelled with a company name (for example tokenised stocks on Robinhood Chain) are onchain instruments issued by third parties. Trading one is not the purchase of a share, carries no shareholder rights, voting rights, or entitlement to dividends, and its price may not track the underlying asset.

4 · Risk

  • Prelaunch, unaudited. The Perch contracts are a prelaunch build and have not completed a third party audit. They may contain bugs that cause loss of funds.
  • Smart contract risk. The venues Perch routes through (Uniswap V3, Ramses CL, Uniswap V4) are separate protocols with their own risks. A pool can be manipulated, drained, or paused.
  • Impersonator tokens. Robinhood Chain has many fake tokens, including counterfeit stablecoins. Always check a token's contract address against its official source before trading it. Perch shows the address for every token and marks anything outside its default list as unverified.
  • Market risk. Prices move. Slippage, low liquidity, failed transactions, and network congestion can all leave you with less than the estimate, or with a reverted trade and spent gas.
  • Bridging. The Bridge page routes transfers through Relay, a separate protocol with its own solvers and risks. Perch never holds funds in transit and cannot reverse or recover a bridge.
  • Irreversibility. Onchain transactions cannot be undone. There is no support desk that can reverse a trade or recover funds sent to the wrong address.

5 · Fees

Perch charges a protocol fee of 1% of the output of each swap, taken onchain by the router and collected by Perch. Half is paid back to swappers as rewards in ETH; half buys back and burns PERCH once it launches. On top of that you pay the pool's own LP fee and network gas. All of it is visible in the transaction. The protocol fee can be changed by the router owner but can never exceed 1%.

6 · Your responsibilities and eligibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, the transactions you sign, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where using this interface is prohibited, and that you are not a person or entity subject to sanctions. The interface may be restricted or made unavailable in some regions at any time.

7 · "As is", and limitation of liability

The interface and the contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors to Perch are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the interface or the contracts.

8 · Changes

These terms may change as the project develops. Continued use of the interface after a change means you accept the updated terms. The contracts, once deployed, behave exactly as their code says regardless of anything written here.
